SeaBright policyholders can report a claim to SeaBright online or by phone, fax, or mail:

To report a claim using our BrightNotice Claim Reporting system, please sign in with your user ID and password.

Phone

Call us toll-free any time of day or night at 1-866-367-7242. A trained representative will guide you through our accident reporting process and give you contact information for the SeaBright office that will handle the report.

Fax or Mail

Report a claim to a local SeaBright claims office by fax or mail. To find the nearest office, please refer to our claims office map. (Please note that reporting a claim by mail will slow down the process.)
